These terms apply to every order placed through Urban Cloth Hub. Please read them before you order; by placing an order you accept them.
1. Who you are dealing with
Urban Cloth Hub is a trading name of KuldneCommerce OÜ, registered in the Estonian Commercial Register under registry code 17574834, with its registered office at Tartu mnt 67/1-13b, 10115 Tallinn, Estonia. Full details are on the legal notice page.
2. Prices
All prices are in euro and are the amount you pay for the goods. Shipping is charged separately and is shown before you confirm the order. Prices can change, but never after you have placed an order: the price at the moment of ordering is the price that counts.
3. How an order becomes an agreement
Our product pages are an invitation to order, not an offer. The agreement is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. Until then, either side can walk away.
We may refuse an order, for instance when an item turns out to be sold out, when a price was obviously wrong, or when we cannot deliver to the address you gave. If you have already paid, you get your money back in full.
4. Payment
You can pay by iDEAL, Bancontact or bank transfer. Payments are handled by Mollie B.V.; we never see or store your card or bank credentials. With a bank transfer we reserve your items and ship once the amount has arrived.
5. Delivery
We ship with SparrowShipment. You receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel is handed over.
- Standard delivery: €4.95, free from €50
- Collection at a SparrowPoint: €3.45, free from €50
- Express before 12:00: €12.95
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. If delivery takes noticeably longer than announced, contact us and we will sort it out. Risk passes to you once you, or someone you appointed, has received the goods.
6. Right of withdrawal
You have fourteen days to change your mind, without giving a reason. How that works, what it costs and which items are excluded is set out on Returns and right of withdrawal. That page is part of these terms.
7. If something is wrong with the goods
You are entitled to goods that match what was described. Under Estonian law you can hold us liable for a lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery. In the first year we assume the fault was there from the start unless we can show otherwise.
Tell us within a reasonable period after you notice the problem. We will repair, replace, reduce the price or refund, depending on what fits. This is a legal right and costs you nothing.
8. Complaints
Write to [email protected]. We confirm receipt and aim to answer within five working days. If we need longer, we say so and tell you when to expect an answer.
9. Liability
We are liable for damage caused by our intent or gross negligence, for personal injury, and wherever mandatory law makes us liable. Beyond that our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Governing law
Estonian law applies. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.
11. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms. The version published at the moment you order is the version that applies to that order; a later change never works backwards.
