When we ship
Order before 20:00 on a working day and your parcel usually leaves the same day. We ship with SparrowShipment; you get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is handed over.
Following your parcel
The tracking number in your shipping email links straight to the carrier. It shows the last scan, the expected delivery day and, once the parcel is at the local depot, lets you pick another delivery moment or have it left with a neighbour.
If something goes wrong
A parcel that has not moved for a few days, or that shows as delivered while you have nothing in your hands: tell us at [email protected]. We can see the same information as the carrier and will chase it for you.
Risk passes to you once you, or someone you appointed, has received the goods. Until then it is ours.
