Fourteen days, no reason needed

You may withdraw from your purchase within fourteen days without giving a reason. The period starts on the day you, or someone you appointed, received the goods. If an order arrives in several parcels, it starts on the day the last parcel arrived.

How to withdraw

Send an unambiguous statement to [email protected] before the fourteen days are up. An email in your own words is enough; you may also use the model form below. We confirm receipt straight away, and then tell you where to send the goods.

Sending the goods back before you tell us is not withdrawal. Let us know first, so we can match your parcel to your order.

Sending the goods back

Return the goods within fourteen days of your withdrawal notice. You bear the direct cost of the return shipment. Please pack the items so they arrive undamaged, and include the order number.

You may inspect the goods the way you would in a shop. If you have handled them more than that, and their value has dropped as a result, we may deduct that loss from your refund.

Your money back

We refund everything you paid, including the standard delivery cost of your original order, within fourteen days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait until the goods are back with us, or until you show they were sent.

The refund goes back the same way you paid, and costs you nothing. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard one, we refund the standard cost.

What is excluded

• Goods made to your specification or clearly personalised
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health or hygiene, once the seal has been broken
• Goods that were inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
